UK Hoop Database
To my knowledge, there isn't anything such as a UK database of professional hoop instructors and performers, and a friend of mine recently got in touch to ask how he could find a hooping instructor to teach at his gym... It got me thinking, because there was no real easy answer, apart from search engines and telling him to post on Tribe! I thought it would be a good idea to have some kind of "central" database that people could search for, so I have started to put one together...
If UK hoopers think it will be useful, I'm happy to get it a proper domain name but for the moment it is located at:
www.ukhd.leapintohoops.co.uk
I think it would be a great way to promote hooping and definitely to promote our skills to people looking for hooping (and hopefully get more work!), as it becomes more popular. I've tried to add a couple of people that I already know of but I would love to add as many people as possible. PLEASE send me your details if you are a hoop teacher or performer via the website!

Yes, I was hoping to do something similar on this site, especially since Tribe is down so often !!!
I already have details of my classes on the "Notes" page, and would like to add details for other hoop teachers all around the country.
I am sure we can easily do it from here via a tab at the top of the main page.
Nothing wrong with having it here and also on Tribe though. :-)
Get those details rolling in !!!
I will check with all the Rosemary Conley ladieswho run classes and get their details as well.

Please do! Just to clarify - it's a website in its own right - only posted the link on Tribe!
An easy way to link this place with the website might be to put a link on the tabs along the top... make them "affliated", if you like? It could be a little Hooping.org.uk network!

Hoop Class Locations and Times
Nuneaton, Monday evenings first class 6:00pm to 7:00pm second class 8:30pm to 9:15pm. Both of these classes are suitable for beginners and are held at the St Nicolas Church Hall, Nuneaton (behind the Nuneaton Library).
There is then another class suitable for intermediate and advanced Hoopers from 9:15pm to 10:00pm also on Monday nights.
Hooping class at Hinckley Leisure Centre on Wednesday evenings 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
All classes £4 per person. Adults 16 years upwards…
