What's your favourite time and place to hoop?

I love hooping in the garden but after hitting my frozen ears/lips/nose a couple of times in November, I ventured indoors for the winter! I'm currently hooping in my living room (easiest with a 36" hoop), which is nice and warm, but a little restrictive, so I'm looking forward to getting back outdoors :) Also, I think the light fitting is starting to get a bit wobbly (oops) :s lol

My favourite time to hoop is during the day, but I don't get the chance too often, so it's often after work.

I love to hoop outdoors, I have cold weather clothes... :-)

I especially like to hoop in different and strange places.

I must get to the top of Mount Snowdon one of these days. *smiles*

Hooping in the town centre soon....

Hinckley on 4th April 2009,

Also in Nuneaton 30th May 2009.

Come and join in. :-)
The spare back bedroom at my mum and dads has been trashed from hooping inside, they are planning redecoration when i move out! lucky the boyfriend has said I can get the attic converted so hopefully that will become my new hoop room!
Currently I squeeze diagonally into the spare room with my 36" hoop brushing the wardrobe on one side and the bed on the other if it gets below my hips!. Way to cold to hoop outside still, im not that brave. The dog also likes to bark alot at the hoop chasing me round the garden.
Hurry up summer! I cannot wait to lay down some blankets and barefoot hoop in the park in the sun!
I always hoop in my lounge. Its just big enough, and I can at least get some music on in there to dance too.

Or up here in the spare room where I have broken 4 lightbulbs because of low ceilings! I can't wait till summer, so I can get outside and hoop :)

Welcome to the forum, Izzie! Glad it's not just me that breaks things... eek!
Thanks! :)
Favourite time and place to hoop?

All the time and everywhere!

I usually get up and do a hoop workout. Then have breakfast. Then do some hoopdance/routine practice followed by stretching.

I have a hooping room in my house which isn't huge but it means I can hoop whatever the weather. But I love to hoop outdoors. (My neighbours are used to me hooping in my garden and up and down the little cul-de-sac in which I live........)

I usually take a hoop with me when I walk the dogs....... I've nw mastered the art of hooping as I walk whilst holding a lead at arms length...... not easy with a 41" hoop! But most of the time the dogs are running free...... so I can hoop as I chase them across the fields.

In between all that I also teach hooping - typically 3 or 4 classes a day.

And I get to perform at various functions and corporate events too.

And I still can't get enough!

Beats working for a living though!

Take care
Hula Girl
