What are you working on?

In my series of never-ending questions for fellow hoopers.... :) My question for today is:What are you working on?It could be a particular trick/s, style, or an extension of hooping (e.g. generosity, compassion, sharing)...?I always have at least one trick which confounds me at any one time, so I won't list those ;) At the moment, I'm trying to develop more of a flow, making my hooping more of a hoopdance, rather than just a series of tricks... I'm trying to observe other hoopers and loosen up…See More

Wow. I've seen this video before but every time I watch it I find it so amazing. I find sustained spinning hard. I just feel soooooooooo dizzy afterwards and end up wishing I hadn't tried it. Lol.

Hi, Laura, Thankyou! I am a relative newbie to hooping but now find I cannot stop! I teach diet & fitness classes normally but now have incorporated some hooping sessions for variety which are going down really well. I would love to take part in the Hoop-Girl training but am, sadly, unavailable on the dates that she is over here.
