Favourite time and place to hoop? All the time and everywhere! I usually get up and do a hoop workout. Then have breakfast. Then do some hoopdance/routine practice followed by stretching. I have a hooping room in my house which isn't huge but it…

Wow. I've seen this video before but every time I watch it I find it so amazing. I find sustained spinning hard. I just feel soooooooooo dizzy afterwards and end up wishing I hadn't tried it. Lol.

Ann, Beth and Bonnie of the Hoop Path are three of the hoopers I watch with joy. And I love Sharna's contortions with the hoop. I think Beth is the ultimate hooper for flow and fitting with the music. She really becomes one with what she's doing.

I have so many hoops I don't know where to start! I drag them all out for others to play with when I hold sessions in the village or in Leamington so they come in handy, but I keep a few favorites by for me. I started hooping with a mammoth 46" hoop…

Hi, Laura, Thankyou! I am a relative newbie to hooping but now find I cannot stop! I teach diet & fitness classes normally but now have incorporated some hooping sessions for variety which are going down really well. I would love to take part in the Hoop-Girl training but am, sadly, unavailable on the dates that she is over here.
