- It's me! I bought a hoop at Shambala last year and started going to a hula dance classs here in brum but it finished due to lack of interest. However joy this year as she is restarting the class. Alison does a hula fit class in Notts but i'm not sure how she is getting on.
Was lovely as always to see you at christmas, we must try and catch up at somepoint this year, perhaps another festival is on the cards?

Hampshire Hooping for Fitness Courses
I have set up two more courses set up for May in Marchwood (Southampton) and Romsey. All places almost filled and I am really looking forward to spreading the joy of hooping! A permanent class is being set up in Salisbury on Friday evenings from June.

First Hooping for Fitness Course
I ran my third session yesterday in Salisbury and the participants are really loving it! Some just adore hooping round the waist - others enjoying the challenge of usng the arms more such as helicopter, etc. So pleased I did the training - it is well worth it! I have two more courses… Continue

Notes
Hoop Class Locations and Times
Nuneaton, Monday evenings first class 6:00pm to 7:00pm second class 8:30pm to 9:15pm. Both of these classes are suitable for beginners and are held at the St Nicolas Church Hall, Nuneaton (behind the Nuneaton Library).
There is then another class suitable for intermediate and advanced Hoopers from 9:15pm to 10:00pm also on Monday nights.
Hooping class at Hinckley Leisure Centre on Wednesday evenings 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
