SaFire Sustained Spin Multi-Hooping
"It's been a long time since I've blissed out while hooping and I had the most amazing experience of flow this morning. This was my first attempt at sustained spinning while multi hooping; I don't even really do sustained spinning but after this experience I think it will become part of my regular practice. "

Wow. I've seen this video before but every time I watch it I find it so amazing. I find sustained spinning hard. I just feel soooooooooo dizzy afterwards and end up wishing I hadn't tried it.

Notes
Hoop Class Locations and Times
Nuneaton, Monday evenings first class 6:00pm to 7:00pm second class 8:30pm to 9:15pm. Both of these classes are suitable for beginners and are held at the St Nicolas Church Hall, Nuneaton (behind the Nuneaton Library).
There is then another class suitable for intermediate and advanced Hoopers from 9:15pm to 10:00pm also on Monday nights.
Hooping class at Hinckley Leisure Centre on Wednesday evenings 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
All classes £4 per person. Adults 16 years upwards…
